What are your delivery coverage areas and fees?
We deliver to most areas across the Philippines. Delivery fees vary depending on your location and the size of the items purchased. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout after entering your address.
Do you offer professional assembly for furniture?
Yes, we offer free assembly for most furniture items delivered within our standard service areas. Our delivery team will set up your items upon arrival so they are ready for use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment options including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. We also offer installment plans through selected partner banks.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if they are found to have manufacturing defects. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, pillows and mattresses cannot be returned once opened.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also log into your Mandaue Foam account to view real-time updates on your delivery status.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, many of our products, especially mattresses and specialized foam, come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 2 to 15 years depending on the specific model and material.
